As a certified Wilderness First Responder, Ty puts safety at the top of the list, but that doesn’t mean you won’t be laughing along the way. Known for his witty sense of humor and fun-loving attitude, he creates an environment where adventure and good vibes go hand in hand. Whether you're scaling canyon walls or soaking in the beauty of a desert sunset, Ty’s passion for the outdoors, deep knowledge of the terrain, and genuine enthusiasm for making memories will leave you with stories to tell for years to come.

Karissa isn’t just the friendly voice behind ARRA’s reservations — she’s a seasoned adventurer with a deep passion for the great outdoors. With a background in river guiding and backpacking, she brings firsthand experience to every conversation, helping guests feel prepared and excited for their next journey.
Beyond her outdoor expertise, Karissa has studied herbalism and is a dedicated steward of conservation, actively defending wildlife and preserving the natural spaces she loves. She is also a loving mother of two young children, balancing her adventurous spirit with family life. Whether she’s out on the trail or behind the desk, her commitment to nature shines through in everything she does.
